A Trip to Maastricht, Part 3
A trip to Maastricht is not complete without a visit to the Bonnefanten Museum, designed by architect Aldo Rossi. We were lucky to see the large international exhibition Ceramix, which will soon tour through Europe.
Une excursion à Maastricht n'est pas complète sans une visite du Bonnefanten Museum, conçu par l'architecte Aldo Rossi. Nous avons eu la chance d'y admirer la grande expostion internationale Ceramix, qui fera bientôt le tour de l'Europe.

The whole exhibition was shown on pieces of carved Sagex. Very impressive!
Toute l'exposition était présentée sur du Sagex sculpté. Très impressionant!

On Monday it was time to go back home, but we made sure to stop at Liège train station, where we spent some time, admiring Calatrava's masterpiece.
Le lundi, c'était déjà l'heure de rentrer, mais nous avons fait en sorte de nous arrêter à la gare de Liège, afin d'admirer le chef d'œuvre de Calatrava.
We really wonder how it is possible, but the luggage just doubled in size during those few days!
On se demande pourquoi, mais les bagages ont doublé de volume pendant ces quelques jours!

A Trip to Maastricht, Part 2
On Saturday, we went to the Open European Quilt Championship. We didn't spend the whole day there, as we were quite disappointed by the event as a whole. But we managed to see a few nice quilts and buy some fabrics anyway!
Le samedi nous sommes allées à l'Open European Quilt Championship. Nous n'y avons pas passé toute la journée, car nous avons été assez déçues de cet événement dans son ensemble. Mais nous avons quand même vu quelques beaux quilts et acheté quelques tissus.
