I told you a little bit about the OEQC in Veldhoven here. Fortunately, at the end of the hall was a large art quilts exhibition by the group Art Quilts, The Netherlands. It was well displayed, the textile works were magnificent, what a real pleasure!

There is a great variety of creative quilts here, so many with a real 3 dimensional feel to them, stretching the boundaries of quilting in wonderful ways. The Woven Silk quilt really catches my eye, yet each one is special.
RépondreSupprimerHi Karen! The Woven Silk has two sides, one is red, one is black and there is about ten centimeters in between. Very perfectly done and mysterious!
