These embroideries are made from the back. The embroidereres count the thread from the back and they give their emboideries a weaving look.

Ces brodeuses travaillent depuis l'envers du tissu. Elles compte les fils à l'arrière de l'ouvrage et donnent à leurs broderie un aspect de tissage.
